I am beyond thrilled to write this outstanding review for the exceptional job recruiter who played an instrumental role in helping me secure my new role. It is with immense gratitude and admiration that I share my experience with Helene, who possesses an unrivaled talent for matching candidates with the perfect opportunities. From the very first interaction, Helene exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that set them apart from the rest. Her commitment to understanding my career goals, strengths, and aspirations was truly unparalleled. They went above and beyond to ensure that my job search was not just a mere transaction, but a transformative experience. Helene not only demonstrated a profound knowledge of the job market but also a remarkable ability to listen attentively and provide invaluable guidance. She meticulously reviewed my resume, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to make it stand out. Throughout the entire process, they offered unwavering support and encouragement, instilling in me a sense of confidence that I had not felt before. What sets Helene apart is her personal touch. They maintained constant communication, providing updates and tips to sharpen my skills. Their dedication to fostering a strong candidate-recruiter relationship is nothing short of extraordinary. I cannot express how grateful I am for Helene's tireless efforts and unwavering support. She has transformed what is often a daunting job search process into an inspiring and life-changing journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Helene to anyone in search of a job recruiter who is not only exceptional in their field but also genuinely cares about their candidates' success. Helene is more than a recruiter; she is a guide, and a friend who will help you reach new heights in your career. In summary, Helene has proven to be the epitome of a job recruiter extraordinaire. My new job and the career trajectory it represents would not have been possible without her unwavering dedication. Helene is the ultimate choice, and I can't recommend Estaff LLC highly enough!

Edit: Had an owner reach out to me over the phone to apologize and try to explain their viewpoint. While I still think their business practice ignores that there are humans on the other side of a resume, I can appreciate what it takes to call someone and apologize. I don't expect them to change their practices, but hopefully they think about how they approach people from now on. Recruiter Helene Barnett reached out to me, saying she had found my resume and asked if I was interested in a position they had. She already had my resume, but asked me to return it in .doc format instead of .pdf. No issue, I did so. Once I returned my resume (that she already had!) she responded that I wasn't qualified (I have over 10 years experience) and they wouldn't be moving forward. Completely unacceptable behavior and absolutely unprofessional. Helene is clearly not actually reading resumes and is just sending out as many emails as she can. She wasted my time and has zero decency. If this is an indication of the type of people you would be dealing with at Estaff LLC, I will be staying far, far away and suggest you do so too.

Not sure why this company (Helene in particular) is spamming me with details of a job description that I clearly have no experience with. Not a good business model for attracting top talent.

Be very careful... I don't think this is a legitimate company. I have placed safeguards around my identity but I unfortunately sent them my resume. Please place a freeze on your credit and ensure you have monitoring in place. I have also reported this as phishing. Hopefully Google will get in touch with them.
